Job Description:

We are looking for motivated candidates to join us as Social media Representatives. This position will be a crucial link between our production and marketing departments, you will be playing a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and alignment of activities. We require individuals who possess the necessary skills to create engaging campaigns that forge meaningful connections with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, plan, and publish content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Use the created promotional materials, such as images, graphics, and videos, to create engaging social media posts and campaigns.
  • Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and requests from users.
  • Conduct social media analytics, including monitoring performance, engagement, and conversions, and draw conclusions to improve marketing strategy.
  • Explore and implement new social media trends and features to stay ahead and optimize campaigns. 
  • Follow up and report key results and analyse success factors for social media campaigns.
  • Create and produce marketing content such as advertisements, campaign pages, newsletters and presentation materials. 
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across different channels, including digital, social, print, and events.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Photographers, and Videographers to use their visuals to create impactful and engaging marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in creating and managing social media campaigns and presence.
  • Knowledge of different social media platforms and their features, best practices and algorithms.
  • Ability to create engaging and relevant content for different audiences and channels.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to use social media tools to measure and analyse campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking and ability to adapt the marketing strategy based on trends and outcomes.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a focus on social media.
  • Photograpy and video editting skill is a merit
  • Education in marketing, communication or equivalent is also a merit.
