We are currently seeking highly motivated Marketters to join our team. In this important role, you will serve as a vital link between our customers, production, and marketing departments, ensuring open communication, seamless coordination, and optimal alignment of activities. The successful candidate will possess the necessary skills and expertise to create compelling sales strategies that establish genuine connections with our target audiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyse market trends, consumer behaviours and competition to identify audience insights and opportunities.
  • Prospect and identify potential customers through various sales channels, including phone, email, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Understand customer needs and goals and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate our products or services in a convincing way and adapt sales pitches to the customer’s specific situation.
  • Establish and follow up on sales plans, targets and reporting to ensure that sales targets are achieved.
  • Responsible for measuring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing efforts and reporting results to the management team. 
  • Work with your sales team to develop marketing materials and tools that support the sales process. 
  • Follow marketing trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the field of marketing.
  • Making sure to all order products are delivered to each and every customers.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in sales and a proven track record of successful sales
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Result orientation and drive to reach sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Organizational ability and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of a relevant product or
  • industry area is a merit.
